COACH NATE WOLF SAID
“The Defender women ran a great race today. Having three ladies in the top six and the individual conference champion in Olivia Couch was a solid conference result. Winning the individual championship is a great accomplishment for Olivia and one that she has pursued over her four year career. As a freshman she did not compete on our conference team, but through steady and diligent training and finished All Conference three times and finished higher and higher at the conference meet each year, culminating with this win.”
The Dordt women will secure a berth in the NAIA National Championship in Vancouver, Washington if they remain the top-30 of the NAIA Poll released early next week. Dordt was 22nd in the most recent polling. The National Championship meet will be run on November 22.
