The official qualifiers for the 2017 NAIA Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Championships have been announced by the national office. Ten Vikings will represent Grand View at the 52nd annual men’s and 37th annual women’s championships.

Seven institutions will compete in the three-day event, which will be held at the David E. Walker Track at Gentry Field on the campus of East Tennessee State University. The championships begin on March 2 with the women’s pentathlon at 1 p.m. EST and the men’s heptathlon at 1:30 p.m.

Kennedy King (JR/Davenport, Iowa) – 600m, 4x400m Relay
Katie Roberts (SR/Ankeny, Iowa) – 4x400m Relay
Taylor Wells (SR/Des Moines, Iowa) – Weight Throw
Erin Wenzel (JR/Clinton, Iowa) – 4x400m Relay
