D1 and D3 Iowans Set For Nationals

The state of Iowa will be well represented at the D1  and D3 Indoor Track and Field Championships this weekend!  The D1 championships will be held in College Station, Texas and the D3 championships will be held in Naperville, IL.

Former Sioux City East prep, Carter Lilly, is part of a large University of Iowa contingent headed to Texas A&M for the D1 Indoor championships.

Dowling Catholic grad, Karissa Schweizer, is having an amazing 2016-17.  She started it off in the fall by winning the NCAA Cross Country title, and now finds herself among the favorites in both the 3k and the 5k heading in to the NCAA Indoor Championships. For the Tigers entries, click here!





The Iowa Conference has qualified 45 to the D3 Indoor National Championships, many of which are former Iowa preps, click here!
