Yanek Getting Back in Form For the Tide at Regionals

In the women’s championship, junior Esther Gitahi led the Tide with a 29th-place finish in 21:16.7 over the 6,000-meter course. Iowans Help Cyclones on to Nationals

Women The No. 15 Iowa State women’s cross country team cruised to its third NCAA Midwest Regional title in a row, and its seventh in the last eight seasons.
