The USTFCCCA has released it’s first Regional Cross Country rankings.  Iowa schools are in the Central Region, where Wartburg women start as the #1 team. The New Division 1 Cross Country rankings are out and Washington, led by NCAA 1500 meter champion Katie Flood of Dowling Catholic is the number one ranked women’s team. CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa– Sophomore Alana Enabnit (Clear Lake) was named the Iowa Conference’s Top Women’s Cross Country Performer of the Week, the conference office announced today.  Enabnit won the Grinnell Les Duke Invitational on Sept. 8 with a time of 21 minutes, 29 seconds.
